Great Places To Visit In Indonesia

Have you ever heard the country named Indonesia ? Have you ever been there before ? It is a thousand island with 5 main big islands. It is located in Asia continental. This country is a tropic country and has high humidity. It has many beautiful islands and wonderful cities for you to visit.The people here are very warm, kind hearted and welcoming people from otherplaces. Our capital city is Jakarta, it is located in Java island, one of the main big island in Indonesia.

I would like to introduce you some beautiful cities that you may visit :

1. Jakarta

It is our capital and metropolitan city. It also the largest city in Indonesia with population of nearly 8,500,000. I and my family live in this city. We can fulfil almost all of our necessities in this city. There are many people from other island come to Jakarta, because they believe Jakarta is the source of everything, and easy to earn a living. To me, this is not absolutely right. To earn a living, it depends on your expertise and the hard work, not the location merely. At the end, not everyone who come to Jakarta succeed.

From Jakarta, you can easily go to other nearby cities like Bogor, Bandung, and few other cities in Sumatra and Java just by driving through the high way. Nearest place to drive is to Bogor, it only take you about an hour to reach there.

Food in Jakarta also has many variety. Main character of our food is spicy and sweet in taste. Many outsiders like our food very much. We also use some spices and herbs to cook, so the food has different flavour from others. Our favourite foods are satay, curry, martabak, pempek, gado-gado, etc

2. Bali

To me, the most beautiful island in my country is Bali. However, I only been there once, and looking forward to be there again soon. It has many beautiful sea-sides, and the weather is hot, good for sun shining, enjoy the sun set, swimming, and strolling. The people there are very polite and welcoming. They are also very religious, quite different from the people in other city. The well known places in Bali are Pantai Kuta, Pantai Nusa Dua, and many other great places.

The main difference between Jakarta and Bali is the activity that people doing. Jakarta is the city for business and Bali is the place for holiday and enjoyment.
